Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

The dining room, replete with red tufted banquets, crystal chandeliers and antique brass accents, will seat more than 300 guests. Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

Overlooking the casino, the elevated white marble bar seats 20 guests and provides full menu service complete with Sugar Factory’s signature 64 oz. alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets like the Lollipop Passion, garnished with lollipops and candy necklaces, and the Watermelon Mojito featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 Vodka and sour watermelon gummies.

The food at Sugar Factory American Brasserie is a treat for all, offering guests a one-of-a-kind dining experience, serving decadent and tasty fare to satisfy any craving. Created by a team of world-class chefs, the signature menu offers everything from pancakes and sweet and savory crepes to salads, burgers and pizzas, all available throughout the day. Sugar Factory also offers spiked adult beverages made with premium spirits, including Sugar Factory’s signature 36-ounce alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets, all of which are available without alcohol for the kids.

Jobs Returning To Atlantic City Thanks To Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City provides employment opportunities through job career events

One of the many changes Atlantic City is seeking is a more robust employment market. In that regard, the much anticipated opening of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City (Hard Rock) this summer could be just the impetus of a more vibrant opportunity to provide those much needed jobs.

Hard Rock has openings for and looking to hire the best industry people who can offer guests authentic experiences in the many faceted gaming and hospitality market in Atlantic City, and specifically at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Atlantic City.

The first two (2) events took place on January 30-31, 2018 and were formulated to provide interviews for former Taj Mahal employees who were active employees at least 30 days prior to the property closing. Approximately 1,600 former hopeful Taj employees were invited to apply with an impressive 1,400 showing up for interviews. Hard Rock will be holding additional career path interview events in the near future for all other applicants who will go through the same application process.

It is Hard Rock’s goal to hire at least 3,000 permanent employees, which does not include an additional 1,000 construction positions. “We are excited to host the property’s first career event in our employment series. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is proud to offer opportunities for those who share the brand’s vision to deliver an exceptional new level of guest experience,” said Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City President, Matt Harkness.
